After 10 years working as a programmer in the AAA industry, Antoine made the switch to mobile with Square Enix Montréal: small teams of highly invested people, short production cycles, and a lot of room for creativity... This was his true calling. He's been happy ever since, co-creating the “GO” games with partner in crime Daniel Lutz, and wearing all sorts of hats on both Hitman GO & Lara Croft GO.

Named, in September, 2008, Managing Director of the French National Video Game Organization, the professional organization which represents and defends the interests of the French video game developers, Julien Villedieu counts on an original professional course which enables him to detect problems in the video game world. Jurist, having practiced in a law firm focused in the field of intellectual copyright for innovative industries during 5 years, he contributed then during another more than 5 years to the development of the industry and numerical ecosystem, notably in the study of games in the region of Rhône – Alps as a manager at Lyons Infocité-Lyon Game. As part of his functions, he participated in the creation and implementation of emblematic projects. Today, his functions lead him to contribute with and for video game professionals by establishing optimum development conditions in companies in France.

Karim Farghaly heads up Business Development at Bandai Namco Entertainment America for mobile platforms. His primary responsibility is the management of external partnerships with development studios, licensors, digital distributors and advertising platforms. Before BNEA Mobile, he held multiple executive positions in the industry, notably at Scarab, Empire, Aspyr and Interplay in the United States and Europe.

Melinda Montano is the Business Development Manager at Kongregate, finding the best and brightest PC & mobile games for publishing partnerships. She previously spent 4 years as a Business Developer at Humble Bundle, helping grow the business and curating PC & Android bundle promotions. In the game industry, Melinda has seen thousands of pitches and spent untold hours in emails and calls. Prior to the games industry, Melinda worked on making the world a better place as an Environmental Scientist.

Reginaldo started his career with games in 2000, when he founded Jynx Playware – a pioneering company in online multiplayer games in Brazil. In 2010, he finished his studies in Paris to lead the Glu Mobile’s studio in São Paulo, where he released Blood and Glory, one of the most successful games ever produced in Brazil. Reginaldo moved to Berlin in 2012 for a brief period at Wooga and, later on, at Aeria Games, where he learned the game business, this time, from the publishing side. Last fall, Reginaldo concluded that Germany was not cold enough and moved to Finland to be Head of Production at Rovio.

Entrepreneur and veteran in the Brazilian game industry, Carlos founded LocZGames in 1996 and sold the studio in 2006 to Playzone/Skyzone. He created the first Latin American Electronic Arts' studio in 2008 and is currently the CEO of Leela Games (www.leelagames.com), the first publisher of mobile games in Brazil.

Fábio has worked in the game industry for 10 years, mostly as Game Designer, having started his career in Brazil. In 2015, he took over the role of Games & Digital Content Manager at Rovio (Finland), where he had the opportunity to create games of the Angry Birds franchise with a learning twist. Later, Rovio Learning became a separate company, called Fun Academy, and there, as Game Designer Director, Fábio is able to deliver a superior quality and fun learning experience, through games, continuing the work he started at Rovio combined with the great Finnish education. Angry Birds Playground is one of the products of the company that has been used in several schools all over the world.

Graduated in Law from IBMEC – the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets and in International Affairs from UERJ - Rio de Janeiro State University, Leonardo worked at Fundação GlobalGiving and created the Salgueiro Sustentável project. He was one of the founders of the junior company Panorama Consultoria Internacional. Currently, he is responsible for the promotion of technology platforms supported by Fundação Lemann in Brazil and all supporting services for those platforms. He loves swimming, traveling and dreams of creating a social business that changes the world.
